4. List the first 3 concrete actions you took, in order. Be specific enough that someone else could replay in their mind what you did.

5. What did you initially misunderstand, underestimate, assume incorrectly, or try that did not work as expected? Be specific about what happened, not just what you learned.

6. From what happened in the previous question, what new information changed your thinking, and what exactly did you do differently afterward?

7. What changed as a result of the work you did specifically? Give the clearest result you can, using numbers or a before/after example if possible.
