Qualifications of a Ripe OS VA

  • Communication Skills

  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills or better.

  • Has the ability to explain or elaborate details with proper thought organization, spontaneity, and fluency.

  • Can communicate confidently across platforms (video calls, phone calls, chat, email, etc.).

  • Experience

  • At least 1 year of experience as a Virtual/Remote Worker, OR

  • At least 1 year of experience working with foreign businesses (US, EU, AUS, SG, etc.), OR

  • Experience working in the BPO industry with at least 6 months of Tier 1 (CSR, TSR, Sales) exposure AND at least 1 year in a support/supervisory role or higher.

  • Excellent computer skills with knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace applications.

  • Experience with CRMs, project management platforms, marketing platforms, page builders, etc., is not required but highly preferred.

  • Experience with client-facing communication and client management is not required but highly preferred.

  • Equipment

  • Able to provide own equipment/device that's suitable to complete client tasks and requirements.

  • With a stable internet connection and a readily available backup.

  • Has backup power supply or an alternate power source during power outages.

  • Experience

  • Well-rounded communicator—clarifies instructions, urgently communicates roadblocks, provides timely updates, and is highly responsive.

  • Exceptionally conscientious with the ability to organize and prioritize work, utilize time well and fully meet deadlines, and ability to complete work accurately to meet quality standards without rework.

  • Proactive and reliable—willing to help, assist, take on, or learn more/new tasks. Does not keep idle and recommends tasks that they can work on while maintaining consistent on-time attendance on agreed work hours, meetings, or events.

  • Prides themselves with a high level of professionalism and work ethic.
